P.S. I want to be able to play Arma 2 on high settings!

Drop the GTS 450 and go with the GTX 560SE as that's more cheaper and better. http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-GTX560-Graphics-01G-P3-1464-KR/dp/B007TMXFE0/ref=pd_cp_e_2

you can also get that card on newegg

get this PSU instead

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182200

has way better wattage and amps on the 12 rail

get this ram instead

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313203

is the ram I would tell you if your weren't getting a b75 chipset, which with sandy chips only run memory at 1333, you can't make it go faster or change settings, you'd be better off going with a z68, z75 or z77 chipset for 15 bucks more

and you have a 2500K, overclock that bad boy to 5GHz on this baby

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103089

or 4-4.5 on this if you're pinching pennies

but the V6GT will do so much better

i totally agree with you, the gts 450 is already 3 generations old while the gtx560 se is from the previous generation, it will give you a lot more performance :)
