What is your price limit, how many monitors are you going to use, and what are you going to be using the computer for? etc.. gaming, editing, 3d rendering, porn???? what.
the price limit is already maxed at $767.37, i plan on having 2 monitors, and i use a little of everything so it needs to be balanced and have the ability to run multiple virtual os at once.
Okay well something to keep in mind is multiple monitors usually perform better with more ram. So if your just playing games and doing basic browsing and using your VM's you should be fine, but if you want to use more than two monitors and do like editing, 3d rendering and such I would get something with more ram. With AMD your physx is also going on your CPU and its not onboard like NVIDIA cards, so if that is something that is important to you then I would look at NVIDIA cards. AMD also tends to put more ram on there cards then NVIDIA so again something to keep in mind.
Here is a more well rounded (better GPU too) system, IMHO:

Invest more money in the video card if this is for gaming, there is 7870 for 175$ after MIR on Newegg, I had a 7770 it's meh : /, My advice is cheap out a little bit on the processor and grab a 7870
Lunyone's build is good. I'd ditch 8g of ram though and spend the money on a 7950 instead of a 7870. Get the CPU and motherboard from microcenter if you can. Saves you a little extra money and you can get a aftermarket cooler for your CPU. The 200r is good; I like the fractal core 3000 also. They're the same price.
Totally agree with dropping 8GB and get a 7950. BF4 recommend spec just released and they are only asking for 8GB
If you'll take less RAM, which should be fine for your needs:
