Is is possible to compile only a module from Linux source? I am running linux-lts and tried doing this last night with seemingly some success until I copied it over to modprobe.
On copying it over I was getting ‘exec error’ - Even if I made no changes to source. The versions matched
Might be related - I Also took the long route and compiled the kernel from scratch, but booted into it to get no SDDM. TTY logon appeared to be working, though
