Well I have been watching several different videos on the web.
Most dont mention having to upgrade the bios but I wondered if this

would be compatible with this

straight out of the box so all I have to do is power up as I am unsure on how to upgrade the bios.

Yes, they are both AM3+ socket and the bios should be uptodate on that mobo.......going with the 8350 over a i5 3570K are you......

The 8350 is supported as of BIOS P1.30

BIOS P1.30 was published to the web site on June 6th last year so it is a safe bet that if you order the motherboard you will get a BIOS that can run the 8350
