Compatibility & tips needed

Ok so long story short i used falcons guide to check how to make a decent gaming pc for under $1400 however i am not familiar at all with computer hardware other than the difference between a gpu, processor etc. And so as the title may suggest i need to someone to answer the following....
(i): Which of these specs are/aren't compatible 

(ii): Will i be able to make this as my first time building a pc or should i ask for proffesional help?

(iii): Any other tips/ substitutions would be appreciated :)

HDD: 1TBx2 7200rpm ($180) / 128gb sdd (115)

RAM: 8GB 2X4GB SDDR3 ($40)

Case: Either HAF 932 ($160) or Silverstone RV02 (170) or CM Storm Trooper (150)

PSU: Seasonic M12II SS-650AM 650W / Corsair Enthusiast series TX750M / XFX Pro 750W XXX edition $110/115/138 resp.

GPU: GTX670 (400) / HD 7870 x2 (480)

Socket 1155

Processor: i5 2500k (220) / i5 3570k (230) / i7 2600k (290)

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V (180) / Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H (190)

and i'm gna need a wifi and maybe a bluetooth card aswell i just need to know if it will work

Since you're new I'd suggest a Ivy bridge CPU, they are stronger stock which I don't advise people who are new to overclock without direct guidance

Do you need to buy an OS like windows 7
