My budget is up to $575 (without counting monitor and Win 7)

Live in Indiana

I have a couple mice (mouses?), but I can get a cheap keyboard at my local Best Buy

Mainly gaming, browsing, and watching Youtube videos in HD

No overclocking

No water cooling

I would like to play games on high settings

I would like to play at 1080p

Games I will be playing are Gmod, Minecraft (like to hover around 100fps+ on high settings), FPS games, mostly Steam games.

Selling Xbox 360 so I don't have many games yet

This will run any game at 1080p and and it's pretty cheap, I built 2 of these with 7790s in 'em, with a 7870 you will get 2 free games from AMD (http://www.amd4u.com/radeonrewards/) and you can run anything maxed out at 1080p.
