Comcast Secondary Email User Question

Anybody else use Comcast and have secondary user accounts setup ?

For some reason ALL my secondary accounts have stopped authenticating.

I even changed the pass on one of them for testing but still not working.

I currently use Thuderbird for a local email client and have it configured using imap settings.

My primary account seems to be working just fine however.

Still having no luck with the Comcast Chatbots, they keep coming back to my general account settings and telling me my question is TOO LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG :stuck_out_tongue:

Still can’t get ANY of my secondary email user accounts to logon to Thunderbird and when logging onto the web based email, it fails to load without any error messages :frowning:
