Comcast not showing any data cap info on site

So when ever I visit my Comcast my account page and go to the place where it shows your internet info I get this never ending reloading cycle

Infact while writing this I lost internet connection...

This may just be because their site is REALLY slow or that they are doing this on purpose. I really need to know if I get near that data cap because with a 105 mbit connection 300GB wont last very long. If anyone has any ideas or ways to get past the extremely slow load times please share.


How old is your modem?

Its a brand new one. I cant remember what it is of the top my my head but it is not the Comcast one

When did you change it out?

I got it when I got my comcast service in December

Have you tried using a different browser?
