Comcast Attempts to Keep Gigabit Internet Out of Seattle

Comcast is at it again…. Basically trying to state that people don’t need gigabit internet connections. This article is about Comcast donating loads of money to try to defeat the running mayor of Seattle who wants to being gigabit fiber to Seattle. Mayor McGinn’s big plan is to offer an internet service that has more cost-effective better bank for your buck internet plans, much cheaper than what the current ISP’s offer. In return, Comcast is trying to battle this by stuffing money into Senator Ed Murray’s pockets. Senator Ed honors the current contracts for the 14-Neighboring plot. As an overall statement, this election could be the turnout of gigabit internet for Seattle.

Oh Comcast. Oh my. 

I've been a customer for a while now, and frankly, I've been really saddened by the speeds. And finally, good-ole Mike McGinn wants some Fiber Optic line! 

I really am hoping for McGinn  to win and get King County some Fiber Optics, and have the fastest internet on the West Coast.
