That VRM set up looks like an attempt to mock AyyMD for their VRM setup on the RX 480.
Also, on aesthetics alone that cooler looks fugly.

May be the next iteration, because this is multi segment display... Not really a standard thing. So it shows only those specific numbers.
Ah I was thinking it was a small oled. Oh well, at least it can probably be used to display heath and ammo.
