Coil wine from gpu?!?!?!

I have a buzzing sound that is coming from my gpu which sounds like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifieDriw9_k.

  1. Should I suck it up and deal with it?

  2. RMA the card? Already went through it once with the drivers awhile ago.

ps. Everything is on stock have not even touch the clocks and it happens regardless of situation that the video card is in?

Please always post what hardware you have that's being talked about. Nobody can help if they don't know the stuff.

I can't load the video on my phone right now. How bad is the whine/how loud?

I don't hear a thing.

Here are my hardware specs:

Intel Xeon 1231v3

8gbs 2x4gb sticks

R9 290 Sapphire Tri X OC Stock

be quite Straight Power 10 Power Supply 600w

I don't have any audio equipment that can detect the buzzing well enough but it can be heard. I would say that the buzzing sound equivelant is your usual case fans humming at idle.

I don't hear it either.

Take the GPU apart and put it back together. Use isopropyl alcohol and compressed air to remove any dust. When you reaffix the cooler, try to identify any points of mechanical weakness where the vibration is originating from. You might be able to apply a mild epoxy, and reduce the whine.
