I’m going to be getting a new C drive in the foreseeable future but I want to keep everything from my old drive files, OS, programs etc. So I want to know what is the best way to clone a drive exactly so I can swap them and see no difference apart from performance and space of course.
Look up Acronis True Image. I have a Western Digital HDD and on their website this was a free download, it may be free for everyone so I'd give it a look. It gives the option to completely clone an old drive onto a new one.
