Cloning Linux Mint to a smaller SSD?

Hello all...
First post here, please forgive me if this has already been asked and answered
I gave my old roommate my HP Z600 which I loved because I had to move out of Turkey back to the US recently :( so if anyone wants to donate some hardware I'd love it!
More importantly, I am now stuck with my E6500 Latitude POS with 8GB cheap mem, a Core2Duo 3Ghz, and an NVS160M if I recall correctly
I bought this particular one to make a hackintosh which I have done and have on a 120GB SSD. Yes, I changed the WiFi adapter. However, I also have a Linux Mint 17.3 install on a 250GB HDD in the modular bay.
The hackintosh install is 10.7.9 and is getting a bit long in the tooth so I have decided to install Mint onto the SSD but I really don't want to do a reinstall and reconfig if I can just clone from the larger HDD to the smaller SSD.
Is there a utility that I can use within Mint without using a CD or USB stick to make whatever changes need to be made to do this? Obviously the 250GB HDD is not full and the data would easily fit onto the SSD if it is possible.
