Cleaning the PSU

I thought I saw a topic that asked the best way to clean the insides of the PSU (heck, I wasn't even sure I was one the one that made that topic LOL)

Anyways, do you just use a can of compressed air and clean that way? or adventurous in the sense you'd open up your PSU to clean it?

What is the best and advisable way to clean the inside?

I use canned air, and a vacuum afterward to get the leftovers. But, no, I don't open the PSU.
