Clean Wipe of SSD & HDD?

Hi Guys,

I am giving someone one of PC's but like you would expect its got windows on an SSD and my games of a HDD.

Whats the best way to wipe both of these of all data but keep windows 7 installed before i hand the PC over?

I don't know for windows 7.  I think windows 8 has a feature like that, but you're using 7.

If you can reinstall windows 7, I would highly recommend doing a low level format,

then installing windows 7 again if you really want to be safe.
