lol buying the highest level units doesn't teach you the strategy..... but it obviously helps.

yeah NO! i HATE free to play mobile games. look at the simpsons tapped out. a potential good game ruined by micro transactions and time limits.
New update is meh. I noticed I'm now in a league with a bunch of people far beyond me, and that makes it harder to play. I've been playing for a while but probably gonna phase it out soon. Fallout shelter was cool till I hit pop cap, so on to the next one I suppose.

What league/TH are you? I have been having pretty good luck with my almost maxed TH9. Supposedly a bug fix update is coming out today or so....
Gold (tier 3 I think?), 1469. I've been trying but I don't have anyone that plays, so its migrating from one clan to another.
Newest update added snow, lol.
I'm th9 in silver league tier 2 (i was in bronze cause I just became th9 and wanted to lose a lot of trophies so i don't get my ass kicked anymore) and i really like the game.. People calling it a pay to win game don't know what they're talking about and should really try it but ya... I play and I don't really like the new shield system, nor do the powers of the new warrior sound cool but overall it looks like a decent update to me
Is this like Game of War? Does it have super long time limits to build things?
it gets that way at higher level town halls, but for the first 5-6 town hall levels everything goes by pretty quick
Even though I am not a mobile gaming fan, I will check it out. I like top down games like this.
I am a big fan. It gets addicting quick. Joining up with a clan and starting wars gets intense some times.
