Temp has impact, so does all secondary voltages.
Since cinebench doesn’t care about ram except for infinity fabric all voltages that the memory controller needs takes power from the cores.
seems to be the best i can do and i have to all core overclock to get that
guessing that i failed the silicon lottery or i need a better motherboard might try that at some point
