Chromebook with Tegra k1?

I want to buy: http://www.microcenter.com/product/439943/14-x030nr_14_Chromebook_-_Molded_Dot_Design_in_Snow_White Can I install linux? Can I install graphics drivers? Can someone provide step by step?

Someone help this man!

You very well could run another distro in a chroot, as for a full install, that I don't know.

Edit this K1 dev board can run straight Linux so I guess you could:

You might have to compile your own kernel

Well, Chrome OS is technically a variant of Linux.

Anyways, the K1 is ARM based, so you'll be limited a little on what you can use. I think Fedora, Debian, and a few others have ARM variants? The K1 is also pretty new and fairly niche, so it might be easier to go with something that has an Intel or AMD processor.

Ok thanks guys. I found this: https://developer.nvidia.com/linux-tegra so i think I'll be safe driver-wise. Like wiemerimer said, i will be limited by arm, but I think thats not that big of a deal. I'll see what i can do, when I get it.

Ok I recived the chromebook, and I'm trying to figure out how to update the graphics driver. I found a chrubuntu script that installs the Tegra k1 19.x driver, but now I want to update it to 21.2. Any suggestions?
