In last 2 days I have this problems after fresh installation of win 8.1:

I reinstall win8.1 two times and same problems. And it drive me fu**ing crazy. It's broken on: 32bit, 64bit and Canary. All of them have same problem. Its not a extension or plugin.
I'm google 2 days for this but I cant find any damn fix. Any suggestion ???
