Chrome browser page load errors

Lately (as of... maybe the last 3 days) i have been getting random 'He's dead, Jim!' page load errors when i open links in new tabs. it is getting annoying. I have decently fast internet, and more than enough memory (it just happened to me, and my memory usage is at 32%). Any clues? Has anyone else dealt with such issues?

I am running Version 44.0.2403.107 m (64-bit), and it seems to have been released 3 days ago..... This coincides with the start of these problems. They are somewhat infrequent and random. I opened/closed about 30 tabs to get it to do it again, here is what i get. Let me know if you have any ideas, or if this is just a bug in this version.

oh geez.... i haven't done a system scan in like a month lol. I will do one asap. and thank, ill do that right now.

well, i was apparently already running in compatibility mode for windows 8.

i will try that. i use malwarebytes and run my antivirus scan.

So, no malware, and i just got the page error again when opening a link in a new tab. Bah! So annoying lol
