What Chinese food do you guys like? Just curious. My parents are on a perpetual diet, so we almost never have it, but when I do have Chinese food, I can feel my spirit reaching out and touching a greater force. I was born to eat Chinese food. They're making a BBC documentary about me.
Crispy chilli beef and the fake seaweed which is actually cabbage. I would definitely watch that documentary.
where are you from? if you come so san gabriel valley here in southern calfornia, that's like the american mecca of chinese food. 80% of chinese tourist come through san gabriel and use it as a home base to tour the rest of america.

Honestly I dont like most chinese foods. but then they also make my favorite snack on the face of the planet. BBQ Steam pork Buns.
But I love Yum Cha. Always a nice and cheap lunch.
Much prefer Jap food though.
烤豬肉
Babi pangang ^^
Depends on your location. My city is like 50% asian so we have some nice authentic food around here. There's a lot more than chow mein and fried rice lol.
Do you like spicy stuff?
I suck at writing chinese, but I can converse somewhat nicely. So here's the pinyin.
Hu Nan Xiao Chao
It's usually a very spicy pork and green bell pepper/chili dish that is very satisfying to eat. I will emphasize that it is often veryyyy hot. Like 999x spicier than your typical "American" spicy.
I also like some vegetables.
Si Ji Dou
String bean dish with very nommy sauce. I love these things; I don't know why.
If you want more dishes just ask.
I love a dish made with octopus they have at the restaurant near me, but I have never ask how is it call. Is pretty spicy and have a dark sauce.
Sweet and spicy ribs are always good and soups. They really cant mess them up.
