Cheep Fast daily use PC

Hey I'm going to build a PC for my dad soon. He's only going to use it for normal everyday things, so nothing demanding, but heres the catch. I want to put a SSD in it for faster boot time time and so on.

By the way i don't need to buy any RAM because I already have 4GB of Adata DDR3 running at 1333m. For the amount of memory for the SSD, I don't need too much so 128 or even 64 GB may work.

Budget?
