Checking Components Work With MSI A88XI-AC Mobo

Probably not the best question, but I just want to check if all my components will be compatible with the 
MSI A88XI-AC I'm about to buy to upgrade from my AsRock FM2A85X-ITX. My main concern is that I may have clearance issues with the fan on the Xigmatek Dark Night Nighthawk heatsink.

Here is my list of components in question:

Memory: 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 2133 MHz

PSU: Xfx Pro 550w

Heatsink: Xigmatek Dark Night Nighthawk Edition

Looks good, also sometimes you can find a 2400MHz kit of RAM for the same price as a 2133MHz kit I would recommend taking a look before pulling the trigger on the 2133MHz kit
