Cheapest way to convert IDE to SATA

I need a cheep way to convert IDE drives to SATA or USB for collecting photos off of the first computer I have ever used.

I bought one of these a while back to test some old IDE drives running in DVR boxes, I forgot the jumpers I used but you just have to change them so modern PCs will pick it up through the sata connectors.

I bought that exact same one a month ago. It works as advertised, but there are some extra prongs on the IDE cable, so you have to plug it in right. I would move the jumper on the drive around to be master, not cable select, because I think I had problems with that too. After 10 minutes of fiddling around with it, I got it to work fine.
