Are there any cheaper or is this rock bottom I've looked every where...
There is one for t-mobile it is unlimited (after 5GB it is 3G speeds) data, unlimited photo & text messaging, and 100 minutes of talk. It is under the section "Pay by the Day."

There's Republic Wireless with 3G for $25, or 4G for $40. You have to get the Moto X, though, and it runs off of the Sprint network, so there's that. I'm assuming you're asking for off-contract?

I recommend T-Mobile. I previously had AT&T and they severely cap you after 3GB, so don’t do AT&T. I think i could deal with slow, but you just keep disconnecting which was irritating.
I've been using T-Mobile since switching from AT&T. Since the switch and I haven’t had any issues. Also the LTE is really fast. I don't have much to say about other carriers, I used sprint maybe 6 years ago. Sprint was fine, and I only left becuase the blackberry phone was aweful and I wanted the Iphone.
