My headphone wire broke, and they sent me one back, but it was for Apple. This means I have to buy a 3.5 mm headphone Wire with a mic and volume controlthat will work with the Moto G. I want the cheapest wire if possible, but i don't want one that would break in a month. What do you recommend? And which wire does Pistol use?
Why don't you tell whoever "they" are to send you the right one?
@aezen They refuse to. They just say "Oh sorry, we can't ship that to you," and I was soooo angry.
Depending on where they're located and what information (address, phone, e-mail) you can get on them, I'd file a complaint with the BBB. It doesn't always work, but I've had it help me get companies to do the right thing, especially when it comes to terrible customer service.
