What would you guys recommend..I want a water cooler for the noise level, but I am not sure how it will perform with an overclock on a fx-6300. I am looking at some of the cheaper AIO water coolers like the H55 from corsair, or will the cooling be better if I get an air cooler for around the same price.
If you really want to save money you could get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.. it's pretty much the best air cooler under $50, and it's fairly quiet as well. I'm not familiar with many water coolers, sorry.
A good Aircooler will usually outperform cheap watercoolers and be a bit quieter as well
Cloudgaming it really depends what you are trying to accomplish, I completely agree with what Tasmania300 is saying but it depends on your budget. What is it excactly? And to what extent are you planning to overclock?
As a general rule, I feel that for more high level OC, you really want a more custom loop. AlphaCool makes pre-assembled loops that come with everything that you need to get started. The parts are all parts you would otherwise buy; IE they are not cheaper parts made to go into a bundle. It may be up your ally. I personally do not feel AIO's are on average, any better than top end air cooling. They do however have models that look aesthetically more pleasing than their air cooled counterparts.
This will be my first time over locking, so I am not looking o do anything extreme, maybe try to got around 4.3 to 4.5ghz. And my budget is around 50$ I was looking at this for air cooling

However there are not many reviews about it, but it would really fit into the color scheme of my build and the customer reviews seem to be pretty good.
corsair h60 should be cheap and its good enough.
I personally would stick with a solid air cooler, less to go wrong and should something go wrong water is not a thing you want involved. Not trying to scaremonger just stating an opinion.
In general you will get better cooling from air at the price you are looking at, water only really comes good at really high CPU temps and High Price. You should be absolutely fine with an air cooler at the clocks you are aiming for.
