Cheap upgrade

8 GB DDR3 RAM
GTX 650 Ti

As you can see, my system is aging a bit. I'd like to throw in a quick, cheap GPU upgrade until I can afford an ultrawide monitor, which will require more horsepower to run. I'm using a 430W Thermal Take PSU, so I'd like to remain with that for the time being.

The cards I'm considering are a used GTX 760 or a GTX 950.

I want something that will be a decent upgrade for the time being, but won't break the bank while I save for a better monitor.

Look for used R9 280X. It will blow both of those out of the water. 450 will be just fine for it. Also good options are R9 285, that is basically 380, or R9 280. The cheapest of the bunch is 280 and will still outperforms those Nvidia cards.
IDK the prices, but here, 280X can be found for as cheap as 110$ used.
