I’m looking for an inexpensive switch I can use to connect my PC and console to the same monitor and speakers (since the monitor doesn’t have built-in speakers or an audio-out of any kind).

What is the monitor model, what kind of consoles are we talking and what model of speakers?
I need a minimum of two HDMI in, an HDMI out, and an analogue audio out…
Actually, The important bit would be the capability to split the HDMI signal and transmit the audio separately from the video. And the annoying bit would be ensuring that the audio out is analogue (the speakers are about 15-17 years old).
