Cheap PC Recomendations

Hi! I  have a Toshiba sattelite E55D- Ast2N01 with an AMD A6-5200m and I do play games on it some how! I run battlefield 4 at 640x480 on low settings with about 30 fps on a server close to where I live. And Wolfenstein The New Order runs at low in my native res 1366x768 (it wont let me change it)  at about 16 fps in a good area. That laptop will not last forever. Ive already had to ship it in for repair of a faulty cpu cooler and the track pad and my left USB 2.0 port failed recently so I am starting to see its demise even though it is only 7 months old. So as I arrive to my question will anyone give me some recomendations on a cheap PC that can handle games into the future and run them better than my laptop will. Any recomendation is welcome. I do not care about AMD vs intel or Nvidia so suggest away! Sorry for any errors irecently broke my thumb so it has been very hard to type lately.

what do you consider cheap? Here is one for about $550 that should outperform your current system by a good deal http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pyDV23

No GPU lol.

Whats your budget? there's a lot of cheap pc deals everywhere on the internet.

look again, lol

I'm blind.

I'm guessing you don't have a monitor and keyboard/mouse. But if you do have these things and don't need a DVD drive it will take about $150 off the build. So instead of $550 it would be more around $400. The AMD A8 6600k APU will get you way better performance in games than your laptop. The APU will get you by and if you want, a video card could be added later for better performance. If you have no interest in overclocking the stock cpu cooler will work just fine.
