Would a cheap mouse bungee make a good job in holding my cord out of the way and not flip over while doing fast moves or shall I invest into a much better build branded one for 30€?
Don't really need either, you could just hold the cable down to the table and be fine. They have really cheap adhesive ziptie attach points, works just fine.
Well not for me, I already am doing that but the cable just gets under the mouse or is touching my hand while playing because it's bending. The only solution I see is a mouse bungee but damn those prices..
What mouse are you using...? You may have waaaaaaaaay too much slack on that cable.
Razer Deathadder 2013, I heard that some bungees dont fit some cables so not quite sure if I shall go with the Razer Mouse Bungee thought for the Razer mouse cords or with just some random one.
I agree with @VXAce. You have way too much slack on your cable. Can't you put the excess behind your desk? Is your cable braided?
It is, and I did not understand the "put the excess" part since my English ain't that good.
By "slack," I mean the extra length of cable you have hanging around your mouse. You don't want it taut (tight) but you clearly have too much cable length on your desk.
Not really possible since the mouse is connected to my keyboard, because of the weird shape of my desk which makes also cable managament impossible. I am forced to use my keyboard as the connector for my mouse so I am not quite able to put the cable behind the desk.. I taped the cable down in front of my mousepad so I have the amount of cable which I need, but yeah now it starts bending etc. Was reading about this issue on other forums and most of it ended with buying a mouse bungee.
Tesa tape //right here. //ghetto.
Something like those, one for the cable that you will use, and one for the extra will do just fine. Sorry for the dumb American English.
You could buy a USB M/F extension cable. That's probably cheaper than a bungee. It won't look as cool on your desk, so it depends on what your personal tastes for aesthetics are...as well as your budget.
