Cheap Motherboard Options

Hi looking for a cheap motherboard that has the socket for an amd-fx 6300 black edition. I would like it to support upto 32gb at 1866 however I would be willing to compromise and go down to 16 if the price was right. Im not concerned with features assuming that it has the barebones, but I dont want something that will hurt my performance. I will be overclocking and will have a graphics card, but nothing else in features except for the basics. What is the cheapest reasonable motherboard that I can get? Also if we could awnser this question for an i-5 2500k/3750k it would be much appreciated.-Thanks and let me know if there is any other info you need seeing as I'm providing very little.

Asrock 990FX Extreme3 ($120USD)

my only issue with this is no USB 3.0 front port header (there is for 2.0 though, as well as back port 3.0)
no onboard graphics so you have to go discreet (I hope you planned on that anyway)

I haven't had the best of luck with AsRock Boards (both old and new) with there always being some god damn issue with them.

A nice option is the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 ($104)

They have really good power delivery circuitry and unlike the AsRock, it does sport a USB3.0 header.

Downside is that it is a blue PCB if aesthetics matter.

So how will a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 compare performance wise to an ASrock z77 extreme4? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293 120$ Is it worth going upto this for 15$?

I have been asking myself a simalar question is a i5 set up worth 100$ more than a FX-6300. After checking out the reviews im leaning toward the AMD and being 100$ closer to a new gpu thats half way to a 7870. That said a i5 would be nice.

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3. Has usb 3.0, 32 gb of ram space. Its dirt cheap. A few downsides to it but for the money...
