Hey, i just want your advice on which will be a better Config, and what parts should i remove + add.

budget 25,000 rs. [ MAX ]

all i need : 

CPU , GPU , RAM , MOTHERBOARD , PSU , CABINET.

Rest all, im using the older stuff from my older PC.

I want to play games in a medium level graphics + i want to be able to play gta 5 on a medium or low graphics but with a playable frame rate. even my monitor is a crappy one. 17 inch lcd.

i love to play far cry 3, crysis, battle field, mordern warfare. and nfs. [ other more as well ]

NOW the qs.

Q's : 

As you can see in india, price is very high + i have a budget. cannot extend above the given limit.

Either as you can see my budget is going way higher like rs . 31523 to be exact.

i need it 5,000 rs less. yes i do. 

what do i need to remove or add. to make it under budget.

plus can you give me your reviews about what to buy instead of the ones i have mentioned.

Your psu is not bronze certified, you should try to find a way to fit a higher quality one into your budget. Also, you should try to avoid the "bulldozer" CPUs. If you can't fit a FX 6300 into your budget, a FX 4300 should be enough for gaming. In regards to your GPU, I have heard that Zotac's customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

but here in INDIA the fx 6300 + fx 4300 hasn't been released. 

so eventually there is only fx 4100 & fx 6100

Will it be good enough, cause i cant extend my budget + i need to lower it down as well :'(

therefore, instead of going with the amd CPU.

will it be better if i opt for the intel processor. ie

and plus, isn't the motherboard an over kill.

so i searched for another motherboard with a less price. ie

This is the motherboard, ill try to use with AMD, if you think i should purchase with the fx 6100.

I cant spend more on the psu as there is a budget. do you think it will suffice.

if FX 4300 is not availiable, get a Phenom II 965

and get a 7770 or 7850 instead of a 650

965 n 7770 will be pretty good.

OK here's my final list :

GPU : 7750 1gb gddr5

CPU : i3 3220

PSU : Seasonic s12 II 430w

Motherborad : asus p8b75-m LX

ram : Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R)

My q's : 

1st :should i opt for 965 n 7750. or the i3 + 7750 is fine.

2nd : 430 watts will it be enough, 1 hdd, 1 optical drive, gpu, cpu , ram.

otherwise this will be my final build, unless otherwise some one has a point.

ps: we dont get phenom in india, its not being manufactured + not sold in retail shops.

An i3+7750 will be fine for gaming, the only possible concern is that when the next generation of intel CPUs come out, you will not be able to upgrade. 450w will be more than enough for that build, and that PSU is decent quality.
