Also at the moment I have 2 sata 1 HDDs from my old system and a 1gb HP Radeon HD 4650

Any suggestions will be great help.

Hmm, why spend so much on the motherboard? Do a micro ATX, get the AS Rock FM2A75M-DGS motherboard and thank me later.

I was looking for expansion slots so I can put in add on cards like esata for when i need it

Ah, now if you'd have mentioned that...still its an expensive motherboard for the rest of the specs :P

True. I just also wanted the 8 Sata 6gbps ports instead of 6 and also the extra graphics card lane.

Also for my PSu its a Hexa 80+ standard 500w PSU for $67

Just to note that the GPU from the old system will be slower than the intergrated graphics in the A10

Why so many Sata for only one HDD? The extra GPU lane is handy, especially with the A series. Get an 80+ bronze if you can. Its always a good idea and its $10-$20 more so you might as well.

yes but on my motherboard I can switch between discrete and inbuilt so then when i need to use display port i use the graphics card

I will be having 3 HDDs running and a dvd drive to start off with then upgrading to SSDs and blu ray drives aswell. Would the COrsair CX430 be powerful enough to power this system??

Ah okay I see. It will...but if you want to be safe go with something like a SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze. Your choice though. And it depends what you'll be doing on it.

Okay thanks. I will mostly be playing games like NFS prostreet and BFBC2 I am hoping for ultra settings on a resolution of 640 by 480 or high on 1280 by 960

I'd go with the SeaSonic then. It will prevent any performance dips and keep everything nice and safe. Plus SeaSonic PSU's are da bomb!

lol okay. I cant find a seasonic one on Pricespy what about this one http://pricespy.co.nz/product.php?p=1377139

Yepp get it bought.

Okay thanks. Also would i be better with an i3 3220 an 1155 board and a 7770 instead of my AMD build?

Tough question. The i3 I don't like to recommend, but the 7770 is a good GPU. If you want to get the 7770 either save for the i5 or get an AMD fx 4300 or higher.

okay i will stick with my apu build then

How come the A10 is so expensive? I'm in England but I can pick it up for £87. Which is like $100 max. :P

Idk it is $115 in US and we have a pretty high dollar aswell

Oh right I see so I suppose its not that much different then. Cool. I've just pulled out my A10 build again, thanks for reminding me of it:D Its actually a nifty processor.
