Hi,
My current CPU cooler is extremely noisey. I wanted a very quiet CPU cooler under £25. (shipped) I live in the UK so Amazon, eBay, Dabs, Overclockers and eBuyer are the options.
I would take quietness over temperatures.
I want a CPU cooler that does not need access to the underside of the motherboard as I have to remove my mobo for that due to my case. Lastly, my CPU is Athlon 760k (FM2+).

Ah, nevermind. Has a backplate. What's the problem with removing your mobo though?

I don't mind removing the motherboard myself but quite honestly I cannot be asked to do that :D
Are you sure the T4 doesn't require the underside of the motherboard?
Yes, as you can see in the pictures on Amazon you just put the arm on it that holds it down and install it like the stock AMD cooler. I just looked it up in the manual, just to be sure I don't talk BS ;) http://us.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/cooling/hyper-series/hyper-t4.html
I checked two videos of the installation of the T4 and both show the person sliding the (mounting plate?) underneath the motherboard :(

By the way, does anyone know if i can use "Dettol Power and Fresh Multi-Purpose Wipes Refreshing Green Apple" for cleaning the old thermal paste on my CPU
