Cheap case that has room for 240mm or 280mm radiator

What is your Idea of cheap? I'm guessing under $100? I personally love the NZXT Phantom 410. It has a little "Fan Controller" and looks more pricey then it really is.

I have the rosewill Thor V2, I got it on newegg when it was on sale for about $100. It has great airflow and is massive, you can put just about whatever you want in it. I think it can hold a 240/280mm rad but I'm not sure, You should probably look it up.

I like the phantom 410 and seems to have alot of clearence for a 240mm radiator.

I have the Phantom 410 and it will fit something like H100/H100i just fine. But for the Kraken X60, by default it won't fit because of the space between both 140mm fans I think, but with a bit of drilling, it will fit.

Id get a Bitfenix Shinobi or a Fractal design Arc Midi, the Shinobi is sturdy compact and can still mount quite a few rads, and the Arc midi is a watercooler on a budget's dream.
