Cheap 120-128 GB SSD?

I'm looking for a cheap, but still with good performance 120 or 128 gb SSD

So far i've been looking at the Samsung 840 120 gb.

Let me know if you have any suggestions, it is much appreciated.

Thats a good one or Crucial M4 or a Kingston HyperX 3K, it just depends on which turns out to be a better price at the end.
