Changing Windows 8 Sign-In Background

Can it be done? I'm talking about the screen where you have to input your password if you have one. Can the wallpaper be changed? If so, how? Please help! Thanks!

So basically do the following and you should be set -

From the startscreen, type run and press enter.

  • Type gpedit.msc in the open text box and click ok.

  • Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon.

  • Enable the policy "Always use custom login background."

Getting error mesage "Windows canot find "gpedit.msc."

My verison of Windows 8 doesn't have that! :(
