Ok so last night I was messing around with my sound setting trying to find a way to make certain programs output through my headset instead of my speakers. So while searching around through my settings I found way to change the decibel threshold. At first I thought this was good, but when I was playing any game the sound distortion is horrible. So I went back in to try to change it, problem is I forgot where I changed the setting and after an hour of searching still can't find it so can anyone help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
I run windows 7, with no other audio specific software or hardware.
