Challenge $500ish pc (with a catch)

my boss at work gave me a $500 ish limit,
she wants 3 new pc's

The catch.
I get to keep the mail in rebates.
Therefore, im looking for as many parts with as much rebate as i can grab.

and also id like to squeeze in somthing like a gtx 750ti or an r7 260x

(IE: skyrim ultra 58-60Fps its an automotive repair shop, we have alot of downtime sometimes)

Skyrim plays on ultra at 60 fps on an APU just tossing that out there.

each pc has around a 500 limit

nothing but quickbooks youtube pandora and about 20 tabs of catalogs of car parts simultaneously at all times

at least ONE of thees (mine, lel) will have some basic game power

I say toss a high end apu into the skyrim machine and 2 Athlons in the others with a decent chunk of ram, bam job done.

but quadcore at least is a must,
we sift through alooot of open chrome tabs

im TOTALLY ok with breaking $500 or even 550
at least for the system ill mainly use,
the other 2 can eat cookie clicker
i was thinking about sticking my old defunct hd 6970 in there
on my console, im pretty peckerbent in the direction of skyrim + ultra + official hd-texturepack=58-60fps

we are building nice computers here at great prices, but were forgetting the catch!
