Can't use RDP over iPhone 12 hotspot though Zyxel USG60

When using my old ATT hotspot or my home network I can connect using RDP to my office without issue. I just got an iPhone 12. I had hoped to use its hotspot feature instead of the standalone ATT hotspot. But when connected to the new iPhone 12 hotspot it always fails to connect to the office. The error in the Zyxel log is:

“match default rule, dnat packet, drop [count=4]”

I’m struggling to identify what rule is the culprit since it works fine on the other 2 connections.

Any ideas?

As far as I know, the hotspot on phones use the WWAN connection or something like that. I assume the ATT hotspot does the same.

Do you have any special rules configured for the ATT hotspot to allow it to connect to your office network? What about your home network?
