It’s my sister’s pc. It’s a Ryzen 5 3600 cpu with wraith stealth cooler.
Other than can’t screw it in what’s the problem.
Do the holes not line up? They should be the same as the plastic clips you took off.
Are you using the back plate that came off when you undid the plastic clips? The cooler won’t have anything to screw into if not.
Are the screws not long enough? They might be on springs so have to be pushed down to engage.
Are you tightening one screw all the way first stopping the others reaching? They should be done bit by bit corner to corner in an X pattern.
I didn’t get a backplate. Only the plastic clips.

So you got a board without it’s back plate?
Well that’s odd, i would contact the seller about it.
Because he should have the back plate.
Without back plate it’s going to a challenge to get the cooler mounted properly.
