So I go to http://teksyndicate.com/bitcoin and click on create a worker however it just stays as the "Please wait.. creating worker..." I leave it for 20 or more minutes and it stays just like that, the issue with that is I have been attempting to make one all day. So I was wondering if this was a none broken thing that I just couldn't find anything about or if I should just wait a while longer and try again?

Try clear your cache and try again. That thing gets a bit bugged sometimes
I'm getting this same problem and I've cleared my cache, used a different browser and still no success.
This happened to me, wait a day, clear your cache like Tankata said and you should be alright.
