Can't Boot to Windows 8.1

I've managed to install Ubuntu GNOME 14.04.2 LTS on my desktop. Windows 8.1 is also installed on the same drive, a Samsung 840 series SSD. Each OS has its own partition. Currently, I can when I boot up I boot into GRUB, but I only have the option to boot to Ubuntu because it doesn't show the Windows 8.1 installation. When I do os-prober, it shows "Windows 8 (loader):Windows:chain" and "Windows 8 (loader):Windows1:chain" so the system seems to know that Windows is there. What are my options for fixing this?

My specs:
Intel Core i5-3570K
ASRock Z77 Extreme4
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB
8 GB G.SKILL Ripjaws 1600 MHz
SeaSonic 750W PSU
SAMSUNG 840 Series 250 GB SSD (Primary)
Western Digital Caviar Green 5400 RPM 1 TB HDD (Secondary, currently unplugged)
