Can't access webserver externally, help please

Hi,

I've been at this all day and would like to request help if possible.

I am trying to setup my Octoprint 3D print server to be accessible remotely or externally from my home network.

I have the Raspberry pi's IP address setup and configured statically, the port forwarded, and it is opened according to all of the major online port checkers.  My external IP address is also forwarded using dyndns, and calling that with the correct port appended to the end the site is rejected in chrome.

My Router is a Sagecom f@st 1704, I will provide additional info if needed

How do i correct this to make my print server open externally?

Thanks

If you can ping your connection using the ddns name and you've checked that the correct port is forwarded, then it's probably a firewall problem.

It could also be ISP blocking, many ISPs block port 80 and other common ones like FTP and SSH
