Cannot use Noise suppression!

I recently purchased a microphone for doing videos since my headset mic is crappy (PS: The background static noise was on both the headset mic and the external mic), I use realtek HD audio manager supplied on the ASROCK motherboard page. In the audio manager i put the microphone format setting to 192000Hz, 16 bits, and my voice sounds very crisp and clear and really close to my real life voice but there is an annoying static background noise. And i cannot enable the Noise suppression when im on any Hz level above 48000hz where my voice sounds much worse! Is there a way to trick the manadger into letting me use noise suppression on 192000Hz, or is there a third party driver i could use to fix this issue. Thanks!
