Here is the issue. I cloned a drive to put in a new system for my parents. Windows is saying I need to make a new pin. But it requires a internet connection. I can’t do this because the new computer network drivers are not installed. What am I supposed to do? When it is connected to the internet you are given pin or password options. Right now I need to assign a pin but it need internet access…
What version of Windows are you using that networking doesn’t work out of the box?

Phone USB tethering if you have Android, cheap USB WiFi, it should work with account password too if you have it (at least it did whey I had Windows 10).

I just recloned the disk and added a local account prior to clone.
