Can you endorse this GPU?

I've been thinking about getting a 7970 (one with dual fans as I've heard that it gets very hot). Would you recommend it? All opinions are welcome, although first hand experience is especially appreciated.

If u got a good chassi, with good ventalation u should be good :S

Remeber its a internal cooling...
