So the question is simple (TITLE) can you edit a video while rendering one, that's on Camtasia 8. It would be very nice because I could save time.
I'm not sure, but it may be possible. Generally, rendering takes up all your CPU's resources. You may still be able to do it, but it will slow down rendering in order to divvy up resources for each task.
Hee's a tip - don't use Camtasia lol.
