Can someone tell me if this build is viable?

Ey-oh. Im building a new computer, something that can play games at max settings (duh), and is capable of video recording, editing, and server hosting. I came up with this build using several references, and finally came up with what I thought was a really nice computer. There is one problem though, I live in Alaska, so shipping is a huge @$#!. The current price wouldnt be a problem in the states, unfortunately I need to drop the price around 200 dollars to be able to afford it. Could someone tell me if this would work, and suggest better cost efficient parts for me. Many thanks ahead, will check back often for updates, ask me any questions you want.

The Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MTbDnQ

Price as of post: 1,808.69 USD

I need it to be more like, 1,600.00 USD

drop the 750W and get the 650W or maybe even lower as you will not be drawing that much power, by 290 right now barely usues 40% of my RM750

Get the brand new GTX980 instead of the 290X, it's significantly more efficent and performs better.

Not to mention Nvidia shadowplay will allow you to record games and desktop footage up to 1440p 60fps. It can also record up to 20mins in the past

drop to 8GB of ram unless you know you will truely need it for renderings and such.

possibly consider a drop to the 4690k. The only thing you lose is hyperthreading, this will not (maybe .5%) affect ingame fps but might make render times a little bit slower.
